Roller shutters for your renovation – Renext
When renovating a house you want to make the most of the existing structure and still achieve excellent results. Special renovation roller shutters are ideal for exactly this: they are inserted into the existing lintel or wall boxes when the windows are replaced. Window and shutter renewal thus conveniently take place in a single step.
The existing shutter boxes are modernised from the inside and therefore remain usable. The Neopor insulation used helps to reduce a loss of room temperature to the outside, which enormously increases the overall energy efficiency of the building. This in turn will have a positive effect on your heating bill and the environmental footprint of your home.
You also save real money elsewhere – on the one hand an elaborate rebuild of the masonry is avoided, on the other hand fitting the shutters at the same time as the window installation is considerably cheaper. As chiselling is completely eliminated, the installation is very clean and done in a short time.

Everything about the renovation shutter
How does the intelligent renovation system work?
It uses what is already there and creates new value by technically upgrading the existing shutter boxes and giving them an additional insulation layer. This equips your building for the coming decades with reliable light and privacy protection that adapts flexibly to your respective needs.
What are the advantages of renovation roller shutters?
Both the façade and the interior plaster of your home remain largely unchanged, because the shutter shell is simply inserted into the existing box opening. This means significantly less dirt and effort. So as not to weaken the good energy-saving performance of new windows, the insulating shell of innovative Neopor cleverly balances out existing thermal bridges.
This happens because graphite particles enclosed within it absorb the heat radiation and reflect it with insulation values improved by up to 20 percent. Neopor is also resistant to ageing and rotting as well as extremely stable. It thus easily wins the race against materials such as polyurethane, Styrodur or polystyrene. A foam inspection cover perfectly completes the whole.
How is the Renext system put together?
The shutter insulating shell is made from first-class materials; its box lid and the front cover create an internal air cushion that further reinforces the insulation from the inner to the outer wall. Thanks to the concealed shutter end stop, no unsightly plugs are visible. Integrated end-bar glides limit the shutter's upward travel.
In the Renext system the tightly wound mini shutter profiles ensure a small diameter with large element heights. The shutter profile is available with either a 35 mm or 37 mm face, whereas the even higher-quality variant features a foam-filled aluminium shutter profile, which is on the market in 23 colours.
The box comes in dimensions of 195 mm or 225 mm. It is pushed onto the guide rails with lateral plug-in pins and thus fixed in no time. Pleasingly, raising and lowering is extremely quiet thanks to the built-in Silent-Fin brush insert in the guide rails, even under strong wind.
How is the renovation roller shutter operated?
You have the choice between an external standard strap operation, a swivelling mini strap winder, a crank gear or a modern radio motor that can also be activated via a smart home app. If required, an insect screen of fine gauze additionally complements your living comfort.
