They are pre-mounted on the windows to be fitted and later installed directly together with them in a single step. You incur no further installation costs, and from the very start the whole forms a visual unit in line with your personal wishes.
The particularly low-maintenance all-round system fits every common window format and is compatible with different types of masonry. Thanks to the wide design range, the PVC systems can be adapted optimally to the conditions of your home, both in terms of their colour and their specific equipment.

How is a Tanext roller shutter system built?
The integrated Neopor insulation, combined with the specially developed side insulation, ensures very good energy efficiency.
The built-on box is made of robust, extruded plastic with side parts of injection-moulded plastic. It is suited primarily to rendered masonry, faced masonry and ETICS façades, and is brought to wall thickness with the help of render angles and double-rendered, high-quality Styrodur carrier boards.
The slats are weather- and light-resistant as well as easy to clean. The integrated Neopor insulation, combined with the specially developed side insulation, ensures very good energy efficiency. High-quality aluminium adapter profiles provide the firm connection with the window below.
Steel side straps ensure greater stability through the additional fixing of box and outer frame. The comfort head piece with feed-through also holds an anti-slip lock for the associated motor cable. A bottom bar of extruded aluminium with a sealing rubber guarantees the low-noise landing of the roller shutter and prevents it from freezing up at low temperatures.

For the curtain, alongside the PVC standard profile you can also fall back on a foam-filled premium aluminium roller shutter profile. In addition, the use of external venetian blinds is also conceivable, both flanged and in the form of flat aluminium slats.
In terms of optional equipment we offer you both an integrated anti-lift lock and a fine-mesh insect screen. To give you plenty of scope for the convenient operation of the PVC built-on roller shutters, these are available with a comfort motor drive or crank gear. On request you can also choose the variant with a standard belt pull or a swivelling mini belt winder.
